70-85% splits under our standard program. 90-100% plans available. Customized plans are also available for experienced/group agents. For groups, we offer an 80/20 split on the standard cabin commission and pay 100% of the TC’s and bonus commission.

Ability to sell interline rates (airline employees). We pride ourselves as The Cruise Specialist with vacation consultants passionate about cruising. We also specialize in medium to large groups. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for both our external and internal customers (our agents) and want to ensure a potential agent is a good fit with our team before inviting them to join our program. Our program requires a $180 yearly fee with no monthly fees other than commission splits. The annual fee includes E&O insurance, Travel Leaders membership and all the technology and training that our consortia offers including the AgentMate CRM platform.
