We are a small boutique host agency that specializes in Mexico and Caribbean. We do weekly 1 on 1 mentoring and support. We offer top tier commission structure and splits up to 100%. We offer no additional fees except our monthly fees, and this includes no sub agents fees. We do provide complimentary award winning VacationCRM for all of our agents. We specialize in helping you take your business to the next level. Everything we do is customized towards the agents, and there goals and niche. We help our agents with marketing and sales plans, advertising, securing co op monies, etc. Our only goal is to help make our agents as successful as they want to be. I do not book travel anymore, as I believe how can you look after your agents best interest when you are competing for the same clients, so all leads we get, go back to the you the agents. So all of my time, energy, resources is focused on you the agent. We do not have set hours and are available when, you the agent are available. With Travel Troops you are not treated like a number, but as the outstanding agent that you are. We offer a military and firefighter discount. “We leave no agent behind”
