Noelle is a joy to work with!I have been disappointed in the response time for help with issuing airline tickets and the commission or lack of commissions WorldTravel Service has with some of the airlines.
In order to attract experienced agents with sales over 1 million a year WTS will need to negotiate better commission levels with the luxury vendors.
I would like to see WTS become Preferred Partners with Four Seasons and Rosewood. Hopefully my clients and sales with these hotel chains will make this attainable.
I have found it is in my best interest to work with the cruise lines and tour companies for airline tickets when it is offered.
AA is the airline of choice for most of my clients. WTS has no commission contracts with AA. WTS also has a very low commission level with AA Vacations who I use a lot for vacation packages.
Please let me know if there are better offers with WTS Vendors that I should be using that I am not.
