ICT is the top/best/most wonderful agency to work for!!! – I have been an agent for over 30 years – and here is a review from the NON-Leisure side of the business. I use Sabre – do only airline tickets, hotels, cars for business travelers. ICT has some of the best commission contracts out there for airline tickets – and if we don’t have one – Ensemble does – and if Ensemble doesn’t – we have a preferred list of top wholesalers to go to! If any issues with Sabre arise – Robert is on top of them to get it fixed. The reviews discuss getting assistance when needed — it is 100% the truth – by email/phone/facebook – everyone is there – and to top if off you have 500+ agents to go to on our chat line to ask questions or for their vast knowledge of a particular hotel/country/cruise line – etc… Commissions are paid promptly. ICT sends out emails to tell you about current promotions, incentives, blocked group space, and my thing – new commission contracts for airline tickets! You can not find a more personable company to work for.
