After doing the 9-5 for many years, I decided to work from home. Thank goodness for me that I came across Incentive Connection Travels’ ad on the back of a Travel Trade magazine. I made a call and spoke to Robert …..probably for a good hour …. and the rest is history !!!! I would not trade the past 4 + years spent with this wonderful family for anything !! Being a seasoned Agent, I didn’t need much of the “support” that they had to offer those with less experience and years, however, their accessibility when I DO need them is beyond accommodating. Their commission splits are great and obtaining the highest level is a breeze !! Overall it’s been a pure joy to work with Incentive Connection Travel and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Host Agency.
