Avoya Travel® Review

Avoya is a wonderful agency that works very, very hard to help their independent agents be successful. I have read other reviews that agents don't like the pay structure or the fact that Avoya "takes care of their top agents". I think taking care of your top agents is good business practice! You want to keep them! (Oh, and by the way, I'm not one of Avoya's highest money earners!) Regarding Avoya's high commission split, every agent knows exactly what the split is when they sign on. There are no surprises. Build your business with Avoya, they're nice people.
