There is a fear of trying something new - especially when you have cognitive issues that periodically raise their head. Please short term memory, don't leave me now - how do I fill this form out again? I want my clients to have the best service and Avoya has helped me to do that. I am so confident now and it is because of my dedicated personal and general support agents. Avoya wants me to succeed and they are investing in me to be a success. Whenever I incorporate a new best business practice - it has positive results. I now say - what short term memory issue - when used enough it becomes long term and so will my affiliation with Avoya.
