Cruise Planners has been an incredible host agency to work with. During COVID, they were extremely supportive and used that time to make modifications to our GDS system. Their coaches work with you to make sure you understand their systems and to assist you with your needs from bookings to sales to marketing, etc. The IT department is amazing with supplying advisors EVERYTHING we need in one place to perform our jobs.
