The best part of the agency is the state of the art technology. Very innovative IT team. Michelle Fee and Vicky Garcia both part owners are very savvy business women and very well connected in the travel industry which makes Cruise Planners well represented in the industry. Overall they do a good job. Is there room for improvement? Absolutely, but that is the case with any of these host.
