I thinkTPI offers a lot of training and support. Systems are not too challenging. I wish there was a mentor Buddy system automatically available for the first 6-12 months for a new agent like myself. It was nice meeting in the first week with the onboarding person and I wish I had more time. By the time I gained clients the onboarding happened way in the past.
