Outside Agents has training, training, training for new agents and agents that have been on board for a long time! I have personally learned so much more from OA than any agency I have ever been affiliated. They are the only agency that will give you the owners telephone number and tell you to call them! I love the commission structure, which is very fair and all of the owners and employees who go out of their way to help us.
