During our first year with a different host agent we had no guidance, no training, and made zero sales. When we joined Outside Agents and finally went live with our website, had taken the phenomenal training on marketing, tool use, sales, and everything else you can think off, we sold two cruises in a single week. What a difference. When we call, they pick up. We have spoken with both of the owner's dozens of times, and even had a one-on-one mentoring session as well and were told we could have as many of these as we want. With their access to group space and your ability to use it, it makes the sale to the customer that much easier. The number of suppliers they work with is amazing as well.
