Outside Agents Review

I was introduced to Outside Agents through a fellow travel agent that I met on a ship tour of the Norwegian Dawn and I've been grateful ever since. The agency provides a multitude of training, questions are answered quickly and there is none of the back biting drama that can be affiliated with a brick and mortar agency where competition can sometimes get in the way of taking care of the customer. The agents registered with Outside Agents all seem to help one another - with a pay-it-forward kind of attitude. And mentoring is common...even Newbies are quick to help one another!
