Beat decision ever! 100% support from the owners and the office staff is super. Online training is outstanding and they are totally committed being on top of things from a tech standpoint. The agent forum and help from other agents is also tremendous. There are no fees and generous commissions with the 90/10 split within easy reach. This is the end of my second year with them.
