I came from another agency with 0 support or training available. An agency who held onto commissions and paid out when the felt like it as well. Dugan’s staff is amazing and unbelievably welcoming. They help me get in board and switch over and continually offer support. They offer training for every part of the industry. For anyone who is already with and agency or starting up for the first time Dugan’s Travel’s is an excellent choice.
