Dugans Travels Review

I have been with Dugans Travels for almost 8 years. They are a great Host Agency, very supportive, always looking for ways to improve systems, has several supplier training's each month and has a wonderful group of travel agents that are always willing to help. Each year they put together several company events that are geared towards helping agents improve their knowledge and skills so they are able to go out and sell more. They take the travel business very seriously but at the same time they are laid back and approachable. It is like one big family. Dugans has strong relationships with suppliers and in turn the commission ratios with preferred suppliers are in the higher tiers. They are honest and pay their commissions on time each month. If you are looking for your first host agency or need to find a new one Dugans Travels is the perfect agency!
