As far as I'm concerned Dugans is a 10. This company goes out of their way for their agents. Any and every problem that I ever had was resolved and in a timely manner and I have had some pressure point moments. You truly have to enjoy what you do and Dugans seems to put themselves out there for their agents to make their businesses a success. Wonderful Host Agency!
