I signed on with this host agency after 1 year working part time in the business. I didn't really know what I was doing but received lots of support and training. My business has steadily grown over the past several years, thanks to their support and guidance, and I expect that growth to continue. They continue to improve the quality of training and back-office support they provide to their agents and their regional and national conferences provide motivation as well as information that really helps me.
