Montrose does a very thorough job of training new agents and supporting OLD ones. After 31 years as a full-time travel agent, I needed a web-site and looked for help. Montrose offers a good agent/client site that has worked pretty well. Fees are very reasonable, commission split pend's amount of travel you are selling. Agent support is strong.
