Your Travel Center is great. I had my own agency for over twenty years, and in 2006 I decided to become an independent contractor with YTC instead. It has been great. YTC is committed to supporting their agents operationally and financially. Commissions are never late, and management pitches in when there are problems to resolve. The commission levels are the best I have seen.
