Only been with this company for 2 months, tried out 3 other host agencies so far before coming here,.. CruiseOne has been the best to work with,.. just like all the other agencies, each one has something they can work on to be much better,.. with CruiseOne its the technology, . its "Ok" but can be much, much better compared to other agencies I have worked with,.. other then that and I truly hope they get better with this, (Way to many steps to accomplish one goal) they are a very nice company to work with, staff is helpful,.. response to emails can be better,.. its good,. but can be better,.. overall at this time I am happy with them, Will I re-new my contract when its over is yet to be told...
