CruiseOne is an excellent organization with great support from your franchisee (as an Associate), or directly from headquarters (as the franchisee). Commission salaries are one of the best in the industry, and headquarters fully supports their franchisees. Marketing is the best that I have ever seen, and agency-sponsored promotions are phenomenal and truly aids the agents in closing sales.
