If you are looking for an independent career in the travel industry, Cruise Planners is a great option. The company's technology is so easy to use and consumer-friendly. There's plenty of training opportunities and the franchise fees are very reasonable. It does take time and patience to get established and start earning commissions, but this would be true with any travel franchise.
