Cruise Planners is a great agency for a new person starting in the business. They do offer training in Florida to get you on the right path. They also have a great online training program. The best part of the agency is the state of the art technology. Very innovative IT team. Michelle Fee and Vicky Garcia both part owners are very savvy business women and very well connected in the travel industry which makes Cruise Planners well represented in the industry. Overall they do a good job. Is there room for improvement? Absolutely, but that is the case with any of these host.
