I spent the summer of COVID researching host agencies after being employed for more than 35 years by retail agencies. I conducted interviews with a spreadsheet of key questions to ask each one.I thought I knew who I would go with from the start (the one I received the most marketing emails from!). But after speaking with Jody Ryland, VP Sales & Operations, with Cruise & Travel Experts, I kept going back to this smaller unheard-of agency.
I'm glad I went with my gut in the end - Cruise & Travel Experts offers more than I could ever have imagined. Commission structure & fees were great, but the support I receive is like I'm their ONLY EMPLOYEE! They answer every question I have within 24hrs and most of the time within minutes!
