We offer 90% of the commissions that we receive by being a member of travel leaders. We also offer all the tour conductor bonuses from the cruise line to the agents to use as they see fit. If the agents can add extra commissions on the booking that is all theirs. If the agents travel, they get full commission on their booking as well as close family.
