I am only working on a VERY part-time basis and the support I receive, when needed, is quick, efficient and understandable. Not being overly knowledgeable about the travel business prior to joining Dugans (besides traveling myself), I was hesitant to begin the endeavor. But, having found Dugans was the best "find." They are supportive, but also maintain an efficient business...making sure that agents are professional and organized themselves. The options to mold your own business, with their support breads independence but with the comfort of knowing others are always available for support. I hope to continue with this agency for many years to come.Does this review helpful?
