I know all 10's seem a little suspicious, but I am very happy with this host agency. Commissions are on time and after 3 yrs you are at 80%. That is the best it's going to get. I have never had to wait longer then a few hrs to get support to a question I had. Now there are certain people to handle certain situations. One person handles Log-Ins another for commissions etc. The web-site has a section to tell you who handles what for your need. Once again I am extremely happy with Dugan's Travel and would recommend this agency to anyone.
