I have been with Dugan’s Travels since 2012. I’ve been very fortunate to belong to a host agency who values their agents. They support us by organizing numerous training events throughout the year in numerous states (Dugan’s U). They work diligently at keeping and forming relationships with our Tour Operators/Suppliers, and introducing us to them. They are amazing at keeping us informed about Dugan’s promotions, special trainings for our company and meet and greets with our suppliers. They offer incentives for their agents, which has helped me, especially when it comes to goal setting. The staff at Dugan’s has responded, usually within 24 hours, whenever I have asked a question or needed help (sometimes within minutes- shout out to Barb Cerbie and Carolyn Orf!).Does this review helpful?
