I have been with Dugan's Travels for 10 years. This is my first and only host agency. I am very satisfied. They provide training, both in-person and online, provide whatever support I need and allow me to run my business with guidelines and not constant demands. Additionally, the fees are completely reasonable. Management truly wants to see agents succeed. We are given Clientease as a database system and have a wonderful chatlist as a mechanism to get help from our colleagues. I have no complaints..Does this review helpful?
