I have been with Dugans Travels 11 years. During that time Dugans has grown and changed with the industry. Jennifer Dugan and her team care about the agents and their success. They have a solid training program, support when needed, commissions paid twice a month and most importantly great relationships with Suppliers. The Supplier relationships benefit by getting the support we need with BDM's as well as maximum commissions. I can't imagine being with another host agency.
