I was turned down by another agency because I had never been a travel agent. Dugan's Travels was so welcoming when I started about 18 months ago. The opportunity for training is top notch, and anytime I have questions, I always get answers. My business is growing and I know the assistance and training from Dugan's is a big part of it. I would recommend them to any current or potential travel agent.
