I started my business during the pandemic and did a lot a research on host agencies and interviewed several.

Dugans was the only one that asked me about MY business, my goals and discussed how they could support me.

They have a great training and continuing education program in place and are responsive and supportive, while fellow advisors are happy to share best practices, tips and suggestions.

And, while there is friendly competition amongst the advisors, there is a true family "vibe" and the prevailing spirit from the leadership team is that when one adviser does well, that's a celebration for all! I hope to be with Dugans for a long time.
