Whether a newbie or experienced advisor, Dugans give you all the tools and support needed to become a successful travel agent.Ive been with Dugans for over three years now, and their continual learning environment (including live webinars, on demand training, and the annual weeklong Dugans University) keeps me motivated, and well-equipped to offer my clients the best experiences possible.
Likewise, I’ve been able to build strong relationships with both fellow advisors and suppliers, which has allowed me to benefit from their experiences and insight.
Finally, the leadership team at Dugans Travel truly wants everyone to succeed, and provides the tools to do so. A family environment, competitive but encouraging - I highly recommend Dugans Travel.
