First, the commission structure is decent, which is always a key factor. However, there’s a cap on your commission if you\'re unable to attend in-person events. These events are primarily hosted in certain regions of the country and can last for several days. This can be a big challenge if you’re not located near these events or simply can’t commit to being away for extended periods, limiting your potential.

On the plus side, Dugan\'s Travels does maintain good relationships with select suppliers, which can make a difference when servicing clients. There are also solid learning opportunities available, particularly when it comes to gaining insights from suppliers.
