Have worked for Flight Centre as a company for 9 years now. I worked in a retail store for a few before becoming a home based agent with Flight Centre Associates back in 2010. The commission structure is excellent, commissions always get paid out on time. But the support team and support network with other agents is really what makes it a fantastic host agency to work for. They are behind you 100% and will help, coach and support you in any way you need or require. Even though I work independently as an agent I feel I work with a great team.Does this review helpful?
