I have been with ICT since branching out on my own after the agency I managed closed. ICT is run by a family, so you always get to talk to the same people who have a personal interest in your business. They are honest and reliable and are available pretty much all the time and can be counted on to be there for you in emergencies. Over the years, they have proved time and again that I made the right choice. It would never, ever occur to me to use anyone else.
