ICT is the top/best/most wonderful agency to work for!!! - I have been an agent for over 30 years - and here is a review from the NON-Leisure side of the business. I use Sabre - do only airline tickets, hotels, cars for business travelers. ICT has some of the best commission contracts out there for airline tickets - and if we don't have one - Ensemble does - and if Ensemble doesn't - we have a preferred list of top wholesalers to go to! If any issues with Sabre arise - Robert is on top of them to get it fixed. The reviews discuss getting assistance when needed -- it is 100% the truth - by email/phone/facebook - everyone is there - and to top if off you have 500+ agents to go to on our chat line to ask questions or for their vast knowledge of a particular hotel/country/cruise line - etc...Commissions are paid promptly.
ICT sends out emails to tell you about current promotions, incentives, blocked group space, and my thing - new commission contracts for airline tickets!
You can not find a more personable company to work for.
