The owner and team are great to work with, they are very hands-on, professional and personable.They have a wealth of knowledge and are always thinking of ways to inspire the advisors to enlarge their knowledge base, build a diverse clientele and engage interaction with our travel partners.
On the operational side, the agency welcomes advisors feedback regarding enhancing the system. As well as continually working with developers to look for system enhancement to make our utilization easier. This is a key component to ensuring clients are informed about their booked trip, informed regarding special offers etc..,
Also, from the standpoint of advisors having access to reports
for statistics and strategies for marketing purposes our businesses, training.
I recommend our host agency to a new Travel Advisor or a seasoned Travel Advisor.
