Nexion is my second host agency since I have been a home-based agent. They are extremely easy to work with - very helpful with problems or questions. I have never had a problem with a commission. Their preferred suppliers are very comprehensive and in general commission percentages are as good as it gets! With their affiliation with Tzell that has just given them more "oomph".
