I believe, like with most things in life, you get out of it what you put into it. Nexion has certainly been a fantastic experience for me. I have received nothing but outstanding operational support, training, and guidance. There is training on the basics of the travel industry, how to book a flight, a hotel, a tour, cruise, etc., but it doesn’t stop there. I started with an outstanding Business Coach then followed that up with training on how to set up, plan and grow my business with workshops on marketing, sales, qualifying clients and so much more. There is also tremendous support from other Nexion advisors with a very active advisor network in my local community. As long as you are putting the effort into learning and researching, there is support there for you.I am still very new to the industry and have not worked with any other host agencies so I am not sure how Nexion’s commission structure is compared to any other, but it works for me. It is allowing me to define and grow my business at my own pace and as I need it.
I find Nexion very easy to work with, the staff is fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I would highly recommend Nexion to any advisor, new or experienced, looking for a host family, emphasis on family!
