I have been with Oasis for over 10 years and I often tell people it was the best decision I have ever made for my business. Oasis cultivates top notch relationships with amazing suppliers in the industry. These relationships are everything and give us as advisors the support we need as well as the highest commission payments. Commissions are always paid on time every week (usually early) and I never have to worry about the money being there. The new commission plans give me 100% commission payments at an incredibly low monthly fee.
