I've been with Oasis for almost three years now as an associate member and came to them with 15 years experience. It was a very smooth transition, and I have found the agency to be super supportive. They are responsive and focus on building strong relationships with suppliers. Oasis agents also support each other with a strong sense of community and pride.Oasis has great commission split options, provides weekly trainings and meetings with suppliers, and puts on multiple awesome events each year. Additionally, we are part of Signature Travel Network, so you also get access to all the Signature events, trainings, promotions/amenities, and community the consortium provides. Oasis also works hard to offer their own exclusive promotions and booking incentives on top of what Signature offers.
All in all, choosing to join Oasis has given me more of everything as an agent: more success, more opportunity, and I'm bringing home more money as well.
