I've been with OA about 3 years now. I think it's an excellent host for newbies especially. They offer a lot of training opportunities and an in house staff that can answer questions and act as a mentor. Having been in the industry myself 18+ years I don't necessarily need all the technical support or training but I do find the agent forum helpful and the main benefit being just the commission split vs. fees.
