I had previously been with another host agency. At first, the agency was great, helpful, paid commissions on time. It was the home-based part of a larger travel company. They did everything they promised to do in their contract with me. The larger company decided to SELL franchise contracts to partners in Florida, who then, imposed their contract on me. Commission payments came much later, my commission rate dropped from 80 to 61%, and they were not only NOT helpful, even a simple question about a commission payment got a snarky answer. The end result: I was helping support a store front operation.Outside Agents deliver what they promise. They are help, and quick to respond every time I've needed them. They have a many many more suppliers.
