When I started in the travel business, I made the mistake of thinking that all host agencies were pretty much the same. They are not!!! Uniglobe Travel Center, or UTC for short, is by far way superior. It was apparent from the moment I had the orientation call with Rose Snyder. UTC provides its agents with a full array of extraordinary, preferred suppliers and networks to meet clients' needs at all price points. Additionally, the support and service are way above what I had been provided before.It is clear to me that as a host agency, UTC takes its responsibility with the independent agents seriously.
Everyone from the new agents to the experienced ones has what is needed to excel. UTC makes sure it is ahead of the curve and keeps you updated on everything from regulatory changes to travel news and trends. They are there for you before you know you need the support.
Joining as a relatively inexperienced agent, I was particularly grateful for the MentorU Program. It is a well-thought-out training program that provides continuous support to its agents. UTC has coaches dedicated to helping you succeed as a new travel professional and business owner. Above all, the personalized support was most helpful. It made a significant difference that UTC invests its time and effort in making sure that the program is up to date and that if you need further assistance, they are there to help guide you. Their support is individualized, and that was a tremendous plus Crystal Smith's support and wisdom have been a godsend.
While there are many options out there for you, I am confident that once you do your due diligence and see what UTC has to offer, we'll soon be able to meet!
