After 26 years owning a brick & mortar agency I switched to home based with UTC - best decision ever. They handle all the accounting/commission tracking, I earn great commission levels and the staff is totally committed to helping me thrive. In addition the other UTC agents are all interested in helping each other with product knowledge and tips about new properties & ships. We really are a "family".
