Review

Being in the business for many years in the wholesale and retail level, we don't need much hand holding. So from our prospective, it is easy. Joe and Cathy make everything so easy and efficient. Not crazy about the fees for booking cruises. I feel that we do all of the work especially on groups that the fee on groups should be less. Overall - great relationship!
