As an agent who is start 100% solo and new to the field, I have found Travel Quest Network (also known as WorldVia) to be a delight. I found other host agencies that had a slightly better commission structure for those first starting our, but their monthly fees were much higher or they did not seem to have the best support.TQN has an amazing support team, phenomenal leadership, and a community of agents that can't be beat. The training I received immediately after joining had me ready to go within days (I could have booked within hours, but I wanted to be completely prepared). Whenever I need more help or advice, it is easily accessible and I am never treated like I am just a new, clueless idiot.
