I always get the support I need, Avoya always answers my questions the same day 99% of the time. I love the offer match program that we have with flexibility to offer up to 5% without having to submit competitor's prices or offer, PLUS we can match a higher amount by providing the competitor's offer. The other thing I love is the affiliation with American Express as we have access to many other promotions including on board credits or discounts or "pay with points", it adds value to the customer.
